WHAT DOES TERM AND CONDITIONS ASSISTS

  • The website is owned and operated by NORTHWIND FOREX all of this website belongs to NORTHWIND FOREX PVT LTD. having registered office in SCO-8, SECTOR-26 SECOND FLOOR , MADHYA MARG . You can also contact us via email transfer@northwind.com
  • We may refuse to work with you on certain grounds (fault in your documents or incase you are not able to provide us proper KYC) , So in that process any loss occurred during this process will not be the responsibility of NORTHWIND FOREX.
  • NORTHWIND FOREX works in a transparent manner and according to RBI guidelines. Therefore we can not provide services to anyone under the age of 18.

TERMS FOR PLACING ORDER WITH NORTHWIND FOREX

  • Before placing an order you are requested to go through the website thoroughly and while placing the order complete each and every step . So that we can proceed with your order.Once you reach the ordering page you are to place the order before your ordering time goes up otherwise you have to start the whole process from very beginning.
  • The information furnished by you will only be considered true and fair once we check your original documents.
  • Part of the duties is to prepare the samples and the budget and both of them are for approval.
  • Constant update and interaction with the supplies is needed.
  • You should also make sure that the functions of all related processes are running smoothly.

COLLECTION OF ORDER

After placing the order you should pay for it then only we can further proceed.

  • You can either choose the option of pick up or deliver at home.While collecting the order you are obliged to bring in your original documents as per KYC norms .
  • If order is placed before 1 p.m you’ll receive the currency same day . Incase after 1 P.m you’ll receive on next business day.

EXCHANGE RATES

    Exchange rates keep on changing. You can also freeze the rate . The exchange rate applicable to you is the one which you’ll receive as a confirmation via email or phone .

ORDER CONFIRMATION

  • All you need to do is get yourself registered and fill your credentials. Once we verify your documents you are ready to go.
  • We’ll send a link for confirmation on your email id provided by you.
  • Further you have to log in with your id and password you created at the time of getting yourself registered and input details of your currency you are willing to buy.
  • Choose your currency and we will display the currency rate againt Indian Rupeeand if you like the offer you can proceed with the order.
  • In case you are coming for the collection of your order you from our office location ,you are requested to bring your email confirmation in printed form or you can also show us on your mobile .

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

  • You can also cancel your order by sending us an email at transfer@northwind.com or by calling @ (+91)0172-4066-828, +91-89681-20567 during operating hours Monday –Friday (9A.m To 7P.M) Saturday (9A.m to 2P.m).
  • Once your order is out for delivery we cannot cancel your order.

JURISDICATION

    Administration of justice is the sole person on whose basis the terms of our relationship will be governed and constructed.

INDEMNIFIED

    You are bound to indemnify us with the fact is there any liability claims, fraud ,loses made against or suffered by us due to your fraudulent practices or wilful omission of any information .

SANCTION

  • In any case we get to know that you are penalised individual or entity under the Indian Law or is dealing on behalf of penalised individual/entities , we may stop the service to you.
  • We may also freeze your transaction which would ultimately stop your service from our end.

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND SECURITY

  • We use safe and secured Network for online transactions on our website. We only proceed once you confirm us all the information provide by you is true and best to your knowledge.
  • None of your credit/debit card information is stored in our server.
  • You are required to check whether you have sufficient amount while making the payment through debit/credit card .Incase the issuer of your card refuses the payment the transaction will not be accepted and we'll not be able to fulfill your currency order placed.

ALTERATION OF TERMS

    We may change the services of the website at anytime with effect of changes in government policies i.e change in service tax . We will update the revise rates on our website as soon as possible .

GOVERNMENT TAXATION POLICIES, CURRENT SERVICE TAX ON ALL FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRANSACTIONS.

As per Reserve bank Of India guidelines the Service Tax applicable on each foreign transaction is below.

  • Swachh Bharat Cess.0.005%
  • Krishi Kalyan Cess.0.005%
  • Total0.15%

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

When you place the online order on our website for foreign currency and we receive your payment for the order and enter into contract in this case you entering into contract solely with us i.e Northwind Forex is personally entering into contract with you their is no involvement of third party.

  • You are bound to comply with all laws rules and regulations binding on you regarding not to breach the contract, provide fair and true information , the anti-money laundering legislation , fraudulent practices or any other laws applicable.
